This is very effective for cough, and I buy it for my husband's meals.

Shorter cough duration

Excellent! I want to mention the impact of this dietary supplement, which we take as a family over an extended period. It's particularly beneficial during a pandemic when every sneeze raises concern. Generally, we aren't prone to illness, but my husband does experience a lingering cough and runny nose. Since taking spirulina, his symptoms have improved significantly, and the duration of his illness has been much shorter. Hurray!!!
